Picture Accuracy Please have in mind that our hand-made jewellery are unique and one of a kind. They are all similar to the picture, but the shape and shade of stones/pearls used might vary.

Payment Methods We accept the majority of credit and debit cards. Cash on delivery is also accepted in Greece and Cyprus, with the fee of 1.50€. Bank Transfer is also available. An email will be sent to you with our bank details and instructions once you submit your order. Once the payment has been confirmed, we will proceed to the delivery of your parcel.

Shipping Information We currently ship to Europe Countries, in co-operation with Speedex and Courier Center. For all orders in Greece that are 50,00€ and above, shipping is free. If you live in Greece/Cyprus you can choose the "Cash on Delivery" payment option, there is an additional fee of 1,50€. Delivery cost is calculated during your checkout, depending your shipping zone.

Returns/Refunds Please note that you can return your jewellery up to 14 days after you receive it and only if it is defective. Please email us for more information about the return procedure.
